Affiliate Terms of Service

These Affiliate Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in affiliate programs facilitated through the Jump platform ("Jump," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Platform Overview
Jump provides a technology platform that enables merchants to manage affiliate programs and connect with affiliates. While Jump offers tools for tracking referrals, managing storefront links, and generating reports, Jump does not operate or manage individual merchant programs and is not a party to agreements between merchants and affiliates.

2. Jump’s Fee
Jump charges a 5% fee on affiliate sales tracked through our platform. This fee is deducted before payment is disbursed to you by the merchant or their designated payout provider.

3. Affiliate Payments
Merchants are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling commission payouts. Jump does not guarantee payment and is not liable for any missed, delayed, or disputed payments. For inquiries about earnings or payouts, please contact the respective merchant directly.

4. Prohibited Use
Affiliates must not:

- Use affiliate links or storefronts for fraudulent or deceptive activities.
-Promote content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, violent, hateful, or illegal.
-Use malicious code, bots, or scripts to manipulate referrals or commissions.

Jump reserves the right to terminate your account or access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms.

5. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you create or distribute in connection with your affiliate activities, including text, images, videos, and social media posts. Jump does not review or approve affiliate content and disclaims all liability for content produced by affiliates.

6. Link Tracking and Reporting
Jump endeavors to track affiliate referrals accurately and provide merchants with relevant data. However, we do not guarantee tracking accuracy in all environments, such as those affected by ad blockers, cookie limitations, or third-party browser settings.

7. Termination
You may terminate your affiliate relationship at any time. Jump or a merchant may also terminate your access to a program or the platform at their sole discretion, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
Jump is not liable for:
-Any merchant’s actions, omissions, or failure to pay commissions.
-Any lost profits, data, or business interruption.
-Any damages arising from your misuse of the platform or affiliate links.

Our liability to you will not exceed $100 under any circumstances.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
